Location
Moscow Region
Type
New construction
Function
Industrial
The technology park is located in the Dmitrov district of the Moscow Region, within
a special economic zone with developed engineering and transport infrastructure.
This location supports its industrial function: the site is suitable for manufacturing, warehousing, service and administrative processes, with convenient access
for both freight and passenger vehicles.
The design concept is based on the Light Industrial aesthetic: a contemporary, restrained and technologically advanced industrial image. The architecture combines functionality with a visually coherent identity while remaining concise
and easy to understand.
Strict geometry, extensive glazing, rhythmic entrance portals and contrasting vertical accents create
an expressive envelope that avoids a purely
utilitarian appearance.

The architectural image combines an expansive industrial volume with expressive entrance groups
that identify individual functional blocks.
The facades use a neutral light-gray palette,
creating a restrained and contemporary
appearance for the complex.
Dark accent inserts, perforated metal surfaces
and large display windows add depth and visual character to the facades.
Building navigation is integrated into the facade composition, helping structure the scale
of the complex and improve wayfinding across the site.
ARCHITECTURE
The technology park layout is based on a regular grid and modular division into separate industrial and technology sections. This structure provides flexible functional use and efficiently accommodates production areas, warehouses, service units, administrative spaces and support facilities.
The building uses a frame structure with a regular grid of load-bearing elements and large-span roof systems. Columns, beams and trusses create an open interior suitable for production equipment and technology processes. The system supports flexible layouts, large door openings, glazed entrance groups and extended modular facades.
Driveways, loading zones and entrance groups are evenly distributed along the facade, simplifying logistics
and separating employee, visitor and freight flows.
