RESORT CONCEPT

The resort positions itself as a place of strength, inspired by the spirit of enlightenment and the ideas of Vasily Nikitich Tatishchev. The idea of bringing people together around the worldview of this great reformer forms the conceptual core of the project and organizes the architectural space accordingly. The project offers more than intellectual and tourist leisure alongside a historic landmark: it creates modern infrastructure, new architecture, and an event program.

Boldino Estate is a multi-format settlement combining country villas and a recreational cluster. The territory is divided into functional zones connected by pedestrian routes and landscape design, while the historic estate becomes the main symbolic and public center of the complex.

CLUSTER 1

The Boldino Estate cottage settlement begins with an entrance group and infrastructure, followed by plots with individual houses — a contemporary interpretation of classic Russian estate motifs and Petrine Baroque. The setting includes a spa complex, thermal complex, sports ground, and greenhouses.

CLUSTER 2

The Innovative Center for Preventive Medicine and Rehabilitation forms a wellness cluster with a 120-room hotel, sports ground, restaurant, and tennis court. Historic apple orchards with a cidery, restaurant, and scenic viewpoints adjoin it.

CLUSTER 3

The landscape park with barnhouses offers a contemporary interpretation of traditional Russian timber-and-stone architecture, with large windows, pitched roofs, carved details, terraces, and spacious public areas. The barnhouses open onto the park, pond promenade, and private bathhouses.
