The project was developed to support a government program aimed at the coordinated development of regional sports and healthcare infrastructure. The concept includes modern sports and recreation complexes, phygital centers, and first-aid medical and midwifery posts.
The concept was tasked with developing a new typology’s functional organization
and a set of adaptable planning and spatial solutions for implementation in different cities and regions.
These complexes are intended to support
an environmental ecosystem of active
lifestyles and health care.

The project called for highly universal planning solutions adaptable to different functions and tasks. The main part can be one storey and accommodate a swimming pool or sports hall, while the adjoining volume rises from two to four storeys and contains rooms for classes and an administrative and service complex. The entrance group is detached and can be located on any side of the building depending on the site plan.
A first-aid medical and midwifery post is a compact medical module providing primary and pre-medical care in small or remote settlements. It includes a consultation room, treatment room, examination room, and living quarters for the medical
worker when needed.
A phygital center is a new architectural typology combining traditional sports and digital technologies. It can be built modularly or created by renovating existing sports facilities. The space is divided into two key zones, exploring the functional connection and interaction between digital spaces and traditional sports areas.

The layout is organized around a large universal hall that can adapt to different use scenarios. Auxiliary rooms, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, administrative and technical areas are arranged in compact linear blocks along the perimeter, creating a clear and efficient structure.
This solution frees the central space from unnecessary functional elements, ensuring maximum flexibility and the ability to transform it according to operational needs.
The building is designed as a concise public volume that unites the sports court, stands, and interior spaces into
a single spatial system.
The composition is built around a horizontal silhouette and clear geometry that emphasize the object’s simplicity and functionality.
A neutral white envelope creates a restrained
and coherent architectural image.
As a result, the building serves as a calm backdrop
for active public life and a variety of sporting events.
