In the heart of Teriberka, where rugged cliffs meet the boundless sea, a new space has emerged: a hotel symbolizing the revival of human values and dialogue between people and nature. The project aims to create a place where everyone can reflect on their connection with the surrounding world.
These lands were once home to maritime and Arctic nomads whose traditions and legends shaped a unique cultural myth. Scattered across the landscape, the hotel reflects the spirit of the place.

SITING OPTIONS
The project presents a hotel concept that blends harmoniously into the coastal landscape, reflecting the structure of the rock and echoing the form of fossilized vertebrae. An overall symmetrical basis is complemented by asymmetric elements that adapt the traditional scheme to the functional program and site conditions.

Inspired by Nordic architecture, the project explores the relationship between people and nature. The concept reinterprets these forms through
a contemporary lens and is built on six interconnected principles: movement along a scenic road, integration with the natural landscape, a unified podium, variety in room types, a leviathan-inspired architectural language, and through-passages revealing the best views of the surrounding nature.

The northern wing has an elongated curved form that gently follows the natural terrain and avoids reading as a rigid linear volume. Its architecture does not dominate the setting, but creates a comfortable space for observation, rest, and a thoughtful connection with the landscape.
The southern wing has a more fragmented volume: separate vertical blocks
with expressive pitched roofs create a silhouette reminiscent of a small northern settlement. This composition reduces the building’s visual scale and helps
